I provide quality affectionate pet and home care tailored to meet your needs while you are away.
My love and understanding of animals started when I was growing up on our family farm participating in 4H programs. I acquired lasting experiences in caring for and training a variety of farm and domestic animals. I have experience showing horses, cows, and rabbits, and have cared for and shown horses for others. I worked in the Seattle corporate environment for over 15 years. Since 2004 I have been fortunate to return to my love of caring for animals. Thanks to my wonderful clients I have had the opportunity and pleasure to care for a variety of animals. I welcome the opportunity to care for your pet and home.
Pet and Home Care Services
I strive to meet my human and pet clients’ needs. Listed are some of the services available. Additional services may be provided at your request and specified in your personalized contract. I provide a personalized detailed check list for each client.
Home Care Services available for pet sitting visits, dog walk visits and overnight in your home stays.
Bring in mail, newspapers, flyers & package deliveries.
Adjust drapes/blinds and lights for that “at home” look.
Set out and retrieve garbage, recycle, and yard waste bins.
Water indoor and/or outdoor plants.
Pet Care Services at Your Home
Love, petting and affection for each pet.
Feed and water pet(s).
Administer medication(s).
Play and exercise time.
Light grooming of cats & dogs (brushing, brushing teeth).
Cleaning of litter boxes, cages, kennels, yards, & pet accidents.
Horse turnout & light grooming (brushing & cleaning hooves) picking stall.
Dog Walking and Potty Breaks
Pet and home care services as requested listed above.
Leashed walks around your neighborhood or to a local park.
Potty breaks and/or play time in your home or yard.
Pet Taxi
Transportation for your pet(s) to the veterinarian or groomer appointments.
Visit Rates:
I offer a complimentary initial consultation to meet you and your pet(s). Additional consultations start at $20.00. Visit rates: $20.00 for a 30 minute visit, $25.00 for a 45 minute visit and $30.00 for an hour visit. Visits lasting over an hour are calculated at the hourly rate of $30.00 per hour. Holiday rates are at time and a half. In person key pick up or return is $10.00. A trip fee of $5.00 per trip is applied to visits that are over 10 miles and or over 20 minutes round trip from my home.
